Over the years, we have developed different versions of our iGO Navigation for PNDs (Personal Navigation Devices) and for Aftermarket devices, which are available at media outlets across the world. All of our past navigation software – iGO primo nextgen, iGO primo, iGO amigo, and iGO 8 – can still be purchased through some of our. As the feature set of our different software can vary from device to device, you may need further information about the software, support, and available maps and updates. If so, please get in touch with the manufacturer of your device or with the shop where you purchased it.
Navigation Software For Windows Ce 6.0
Hi everyone, I have a problem and it's driving me crazy, here it is: I brought no name Chinese 'All in One' GPS with Win CE 6.0 and it has Careland navigation software that has only Chine map. The thing I wont to do is to have iGO navigation with Europe maps on it, so I tried with iGo Primo, first I copied all files to root of SD card and when I wanted to start navi it wouldn't start and in settings it said 'Can't find executable file'. Then I reset GPS and everything was back to normal. And I tried to place folder Primo on SD card but noting happen. Then I tried with ceFFM, tried different things (copy all files to root etc) but I didn't menage to boot ceFFM and problem is that there is no 'change path of navi' button or similar, it just says where is location of default navigation (NAVIONE/NaviOne.EXE).
In ceFFM.ini AutoStartCeFFMAtBootTime=1 but nothing. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, please help me? Gamingaccess community patch 3.0. And if there is a way just to start different navigation software without unlocking it would be great, but it's fine if I have to unlock it. Here are my results: I couldn't connect to my GPS using usb cable and ActiveSync, my PC cant find GPS, and when I connect them two when GPS doesn't have power or is connected but not turned on (first time), GPS turns on just white screen. Then I tried with a link that you suggest it jwoegerbauer, and did everything that they mentioned and nothing, only that now my GPS cant start his default navigation, but it happens me already so just I reset it couple of times and its back to normal. Any suggestions guys? @jamaicanserb, Switching the USB-mode to 'SerialClass' must be done at Sat Nav side (and then of course immediately followed by a soft-reset).
I know not all units have this feature, ex. Mio Moov devices.
But almost all Sat Nav units have a so-called SD-AutoRun feature (which by default is part of CE, unless OEM decided to leave it off). CE's default SD-AutoRun is 2577 AutoRun.exe. It prevails however a big confusion here, because naming differs from OEM to OEM. So among others known are: AutoRun.exe, AutoRunCE.exe, SDAuto.exe, InstallSD InstallSD.exe, GoCE.exe, CELauncher.exe, etc.pp. Also known as an SD-AutoRun launcher is textfile shell.ini, which contains as a single line the path to executable to be run. If you can find it out how the SD-AutoRun feature is implemented, than you simply run a renamed(!!!) explorer.exe you indeed will find in ceFFM's subfolder helpers.
Navitel Navione.exe Windows Ce 6.0
Another well known SD-AutoRun is a textfile YFGo2CE.bld which contains at least 1 character, and if processed, boots device in WinCE-mode.
